Contempo, the University of Chicago Contemporary Chamber Players, led by composer Shulamit Ran, returns to the MCA for a double-bill concert collaboration. For this event they are joined by Polish accordion phenomenon Motion Trio for a rare evening of contemporary classical and jazz-fusion music. Led by virtuoso composer Janusz Wojtarowicz, Motion Trio proves the versatility of the accordion using pure skill and unlimited imagination.
