We received some fabulous news this week from 8bb’s awesome former flutist, Molly Barth.
She begins in September as Assistant Professor of Flute at the University of Oregon. This is a full-time, tenure-track position at an excellent school, and Molly says, “the students there are of a very high caliber, and the faculty there is amazing. It is really a center of cultural activity of the Pacific Northwest.”
Molly and her husband Phil are moving to Eugene in June, and we’re sure they will have a great time…if it ever stops raining!
